Description
Dietary supplement containing methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), vitamins, and minerals combined with bromelain and lipoic acid. Vitamin C and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system; and pantothenic acid helps support normal mental performance.

Ingredients
Methylsulfonylmethane , hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule, bromelain from pineapple stem (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) titrated 2,500 GDU/g, alpha-lipoic acid, L-ascorbic acid, rose hip (Rosa canina L.) fruit extract titrated 40% in ascorbic acid; bulking agent: sodium bicarbonate, nicotinamide; anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, L-selenomethionine, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, chromium picolinate, D-biotin, folic acid, cyanocobalamin.

How to use
We recommend taking two capsules a day during or after a main meal.
