Internal:
Infusion of 1 teaspoon of the herb to which 250 ml of hot water is added.
Leave it covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Drink 2-3 cups of tea per day.

After a 3-day break, it can be resumed until the desired results are achieved.
Externally: compresses to reduce joint dysfunction, baths to enhance blood circulation.

Ginger rhizomes (Zingiber officinale).
