Vitamin B12 Hydroxocobalamin is a capsule formulation containing vitamin B12 in the form of hydroxocobalamin (100 mcg). This product is recommended for adults as a daily supplement to their diet with vitamin B12.
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble substance, also called cobalamin, because it contains the metal cobalt. It is found primarily in animal products: meat, eggs, and fish – liver and kidneys contain the highest levels of the vitamin. Vitamin B12 is important for the proper functioning of our bodies.
