Description
Laevolac Regola is a dietary supplement based on wheat bran and Psyllium (Plantago ovata) fiber:
- Psyllium: a plant whose seeds produce a husk capable of absorbing large amounts of liquid. It helps regulate nutrient absorption and contributes to regular bowel movements.
- Wheat bran: The fibrous outer shell of wheat seeds is a concentrated source of insoluble fiber. It helps speed up intestinal transit and increase the volume of feces. The desired effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 10 g of wheat fiber.
It is recommended as part of a low-calorie diet combined with physical activity.
The fiber intake contained in the product promotes proper intestinal transit.
Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 tablets 2-3 times a day, swallowed with plenty of liquid.
