DescriptionLemon balm promotes relaxation and mental well-being, promotes normal mood, supports digestive function, and helps regulate gastrointestinal motility and eliminate gas. It also has beneficial antioxidant properties.
Ingredients
Bidistilled vegetable glycerin, pure water, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves.
Lactose (<0.01%) and gluten (<0.002%) free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 scoop (10 ml) diluted in hot or cold water, once or twice a day at any time (10 to 20 ml per day); stir and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. A measuring cup is included.
