Function and benefits

Application and sampling

For sample collection, the attached tick should be removed as quickly as possible. It is important to avoid squeezing the tick's body. No oils or adhesives should be applied to the tick, as this can impair the sample. After removal, the tick is brought into contact with the test cassette according to the instructions, and the sample is inserted into the test strip through the sample opening. After the reaction time, the result can be read in the reaction window based on the test region (T) and the control region (C). Important information and precautions

A negative test result does not definitively rule out an infection.
