Powder of: Ashvagandha root [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal .], Amalaki ( Phyllanthus emblica L. ) fructus, Brahmi [ Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell ] summitas, liquorice root ( Glycyrrhiza glabra L. ), Vidarikand [ Pueraria tuberosa (Roxb. ex Willd.) DC .] tuber, Shatavari root [ Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Oberm .], Long pepper ( Piper longum L. ) fructus; stabilizers: gum arabic, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
Take 1 tablet twice daily before meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
