Properties of ingredients
Iodine – contributes to the normal functioning of the thyroid gland and the production of thyroid hormones, and also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps maintain normal cognitive function.
Recommended daily intake
Adults: 1 tablet daily, during or after a meal. Drink plenty of water.
