How to use
Mix one tea bag with approximately 130-150 ml of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes with the lid on to prevent the loss of volatile compounds. Take once a day, preferably between meals. It is best not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the tea bags, press them gently with a teaspoon. Slight variations in taste and color are possible due to the natural nature of the product.
