Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, griffonia and magnesium.
Indicated when you have difficulty falling asleep and to contribute to the quality of sleep.
With sweeteners, with a pleasant chamomile and citrus flavour.
NOVANIGHT has a specific composition based on:
- melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and helps alleviate the effects of jet lag;
- griffonia: rich in tryptophan, a precursor of melatonin and serotonin, it helps relaxation and mental well-being, contributing to the quality of sleep;
- magnesium: helps reduce tiredness upon waking and fatigue.

Ingredients
Sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose, acesulfame K; magnesium oxide, L-tryptophan, maltodextrin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (Dc.) Baill.] seed extract 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan; thickeners: acacia gum, xanthan gum; flavourings; acidity regulator: citric acid; melatonin; colouring: chlorophyllin-copper complex.

Gluten free.

How to use
1 single-dose sachet per day to be taken as needed, in the evening before going to bed.
NOVANIGHT can be placed directly on the tongue without water, or it can be dissolved in a cup of hot or cold water and sweetened to taste.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contains polyalcohols, excessive use may have laxative effects.
