Description
Food supplement containing omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil (EPA and DHA) and omega-6 fatty acids (GLA) from borage oil, particularly indicated for those with deficiencies or an increased need for a balanced intake of essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Each capsule contains 315 mg of EPA+DHA and 15 mg of GLA.
Borage oil is beneficial for the integrity of cell membranes, joint function, and skin trophism; it is also useful for countering menstrual cycle disorders.
The formulation is enriched with vitamin E. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Purified fish oil standardized to 85% omega-3 triglyceride content (EPA and DHA min. 75% in a 2:1 ratio); gelatin capsule; borage oil (Borago officinalis L.) seed standardized to 20% gamma-linolenic acid; firming agent: glycerol; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol); natural orange flavor.

Gluten free.

How to use
2 to 6 capsules per day to be taken during meals.
