Prosnova is made with medicinal plants and natural products that are very beneficial for prostate health. Inflammation manifests as a progressive increase in the size of the prostate gland, increased urinary urgency, urinary retention, or a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying.

Saw palmetto (Sabal serrulata) and African pygeum (Pygeum africanum) are two plants that, along with stinging nettle and pumpkin seeds, alleviate common urinary discomforts in middle-aged and older men. They are rich in phytosterols, which inhibit the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to its active form, dihydrotestosterone (DHT). They also contain lycopene, an antioxidant, and boswellia, which helps reduce elevated inflammatory compounds. Furthermore, they contain zinc, which contributes to maintaining healthy testosterone levels.

Urinary problems in men typically begin to appear around age 40. By age 70, 80% of men are affected; by age 85, this figure rises to over 90%. Therefore, this product is recommended for all men over 40 who wish to support the health of their prostate gland, which inevitably undergoes changes with age.

It is recommended to take one capsule with breakfast and another with dinner. This can be taken with a glass of water or juice. The recommended dose is two capsules.
