Food supplement containing all essential minerals and vitamins. Useful for replenishing these nutrients before, during and after intense physical activity.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 level teaspoons (15 g) dissolved in a large glass of water, tea or other beverage (approximately 250 ml), once or twice a day, at any time (15 to 30 g per day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add the water and then stir.
If desired, the daily dose can be dissolved in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day; shake before use.
Measuring cup included. Close tightly after use.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. For potassium intakes of 1000 mg or more per day, consult your doctor. Concomitant use of certain medications may also interfere with potassium retention in the body. Use in children is not recommended.
