Vitamin D is produced in the skin on exposure to ultraviolet B light, from solar or artificial sources, and occurs naturally in a small range of foods.

Properties:

Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) 50μg - 2000IU
Other ingredients: sunflower oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, cholecalciferol.

Recommended daily dose:
