Description
Food supplement composed of 10 plant extracts, including psyllium, plum, chicory, boldo and cinnamon, which promote regular bowel movements.
Psyllium, in particular, also has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and calming action on the digestive system, while cumin promotes the elimination of gases.

Psyllium powder (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed husk); bulking agent: calcium phosphate; dry plum fruit extract (Prunus domestica L.), dry elderberry fruit extract (Sambucus nigra L.), dry chicory root extract (Cichorium intybus L.), dry vinegar fruit extract (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill.), dry kiwi fruit extract (Actinidia chinensis Planch.), dry boldo leaf extract (Peumus boldus Molina), dry cumin fruit extract (Cuminum cyminum L.), dry pear fruit extract (Pyrus communis L.), dry cinnamon bark extract (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl.) on maltodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet daily for regular bowel movements and 2 tablets daily to promote intestinal motility. It is recommended to take the tablets with plenty of water and drink them repeatedly throughout the day. To facilitate swallowing, the tablet can be divided into 2 parts thanks to the pre-cut container.
