Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts of ashwagandha, lavender, lemon balm and hops, with magnesium and L-theanine (an amino acid naturally contained in green tea leaves).
Ashwagandha root has tonic-adaptogenic properties and is a tonic in cases of physical and mental fatigue, useful for relaxation and physical well-being.
Lemon balm also promotes relaxation and mental well-being and maintains mood.
Hops and lavender promote relaxation in case of stress.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
It does not contain artificial colors, preservatives or GMOs.

Dunal) tit. 10% withanolide glycosides, L-theanine, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.) tit. min. 7% in hydroxycinnamic acids such as rosmarinic acid, magnesium, lavender flower tip extract (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) 4/1, hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.) tit. 0.1% in flavonoids, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate and cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; colour: chlorophyllin, copper complex.

How to use
2 capsules per day, one in the morning and one in the early afternoon, with plenty of water.
