Properties:
It contributes to the elimination of intestinal discomfort.

Ingredients:
Chamomile flowers (Chamomillae flos), lime flowers (Tiliae flos), marjoram (Majoranae herba), sage (Salviae sclarea herba), mint (Menthae herba), lavender flowers (Lavandulae flos), cardamom fruit (Cardamomi fructus) , St. John's wort (Hyperici herba), valerian root (Valerianae radix).

Effect:
The plants in the composition of this tea have both calming, sedative and stomachic properties (stimulates the secretion of gastrointestinal juices), antidiarrheal, antispasmodic and carminative (helps eliminate intestinal gases) through essential oils, hypericin, iridoids and tannins. Thus it stimulates digestion, favoring the normalization of intestinal transit and the elimination of colic pains and flatulence. St. John's wort along with lavender and valerian, thanks to their anti-algesic and antidepressant action, are effective in conditions accompanied by pain that have an important psychological determinism.

Recommendations:
Digestive disorders with a nervous substrate - irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal colic.

Contraindications:
Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Not indicated for pregnant women and nursing mothers.

Method of preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture and leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.

Administration method:
Drink 3-4 cups a day, at least half an hour before meals.
The duration of a cure is 2-3 months.
