L-methionine, cranberry fruit powder (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) standardized in proanthocyanidins min. 1.5% PACRAN, dry hibiscus flower extract (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) drug/extract ratio 7-13/1, dry Boswellia gum-resin extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) drug/extract ratio 12-20/1, white nettle aerial parts powder (Lamium album L.), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

How to use
It is recommended to take 3 capsules per day for the first 4 weeks, in the morning. Afterwards, continue with 2 capsules per day, also in the morning. It is best to take this product between meals.
