Description
A dietary supplement formulated with melatonin and valerian extract. Its main feature is its sustained-release system: some of the melatonin is released quickly to help you fall asleep, and the rest is released gradually to promote sleep throughout the night. It comes in a pack of 30 coated tablets.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 tablet a day half an hour or one hour before going to bed, preferably at the same time every day.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
It should not be used on children under 18 years of age.
Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases.
