INDICATIONS: Food supplement based on alkaline mineral salts (magnesium and potassium), creatine and vitamins. With a daily intake of 3 g, creatine increases physical performance during repetitive, high-intensity and short-duration activities, for those participating in intense physical exercise. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and, together with potassium, to normal muscle function. Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
