Properties of ingredients
Calcium – is needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth, helps in the proper functioning of muscles and maintaining proper neurotransmission.
Magnesium – helps in the proper functioning of muscles, helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, helps in proper protein synthesis.
Vitamin D – helps maintain healthy bones.
Boswellia Serrata – may support joint flexibility, may support mental function.
Recommended daily intake
Adults: Dissolve 1 sachet in water. Take once daily. Use several hours before or after taking medication.
