Antibronchitis tea
Properties:
- anti-inflammatory;
- emollient;
- expectorant;
- antitussive;
- respiratory tract disinfectant.
Ingredients:
Pine buds, plantain leaves, cypress aerial parts, sovarv aerial parts, nettle leaves, sea grass roots.
Method of preparation:
Put 1-2 sachets in 250 ml of boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups a day.
Contraindications:
Respecting the prescribed doses, it has no contraindications or adverse effects.
