The aerial part of the plant Echinacea spp. fam. Asteraceae contains derivatives of caffeic acid, polysaccharides, flavonoids, polyins.

Main uses
Low immunity

Other uses
Colds, pharyngitis, bronchitis, fever, genitourinary infections (appendixitis, cystitis, nephritis), herpes, furunculosis, skin inflammations, eczema.

Contraindications
Pregnancy, autoimmune diseases.

Preparation :
Internal use: infusion of 1 teaspoon of crushed plant to a cup of water.
External use: concentrated infusion of 2 tablespoons of chopped plant in 250 ml of water.

Administration method:
Internal use: drink 2 - 3 cups of tea a day.
External use: gargle, compresses on the affected area, local baths.
