Description
Melatonin-based food supplement, with chamomile and lemon balm.
Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime) and mitigate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination).
Thanks to chamomile and lemon balm extracts, it provides physiological and natural aids for relaxation, promoting sleep.

How to use
We recommend taking Fisioreve drops as is or diluted in a little warm water or milk. The dose and dosage of Fisioreve drops should be calculated according to individual needs and requirements. 4 drops correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.
