Dunal) standardized to 4.5% withanolides DER 12:1, common hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.) DER 4:1, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) standardized to 98% L-theanine DER 480:1, passionflower herb extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) DER 10:1, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, melatonin.

Properties of ingredients
Common hops - may support good sleep.
Withania somnifera - may support the body's relaxation.
Valerian - may support mental health.
Melatonin – helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. Beneficial effects are obtained by taking 0.5 mg shortly before bed on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival at the destination.
Recommended daily intake
Adults: 2 capsules daily 2-3 hours before bedtime.
Safety Warnings
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you have a medical condition or are taking any medicinal products, consult your doctor before taking this dietary supplement. This product should not be used if you are taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptic medications. Do not use in children, pregnant women, or during lactation. Do not use for longer than 12 weeks. Products containing Passiflora incarnata may cause drowsiness and impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Do not use in combination with other substances that affect the central nervous system.
This product is a dietary supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of small children. Consume within 2 months of opening the package.
