Aluneb is a solution for nebulization, via aerosol, nasal douche and MAD Nasal, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol, indicated for restoring and maintaining the physiological conditions of the rhino-oropharyngeal mucosa.
Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the elimination of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract. It can be useful in regulating mucociliary clearance, alleviating all symptoms related to inflammatory, allergic and environmental factors.

MAD Nasal is a needle-free medical device for nebulizing topical solutions nasally.
It allows topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities and allows rapid administration of the Aluneb solution by nebulization into particles with a diameter of 30-100 microns, ideal for upper respiratory tract therapy.
MAD Nasal is a device used in pre-hospital and emergency settings for intranasal administration of anesthetics, anticonvulsants, and analgesics.
Thanks to its soft conical adapter, it guarantees a seal on the nostril and adapts ergonomically to the nostrils of adults and children.
The malleable probe allows the conical adapter to be positioned at 180°.

Driving directions
Adjuvant in the treatment of tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis.
Useful in cases of hoarseness, inflammation of the vocal cords with and without dysphonia and irritating cough.
In flu or cold syndromes.
Following ENT surgery.
The results of extraesophageal manifestations of gastric reflux affecting the upper respiratory tract (dysphagia, laryngitis, chronic pharyngitis, aphonia, dry cough).

How to use
Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
Bend the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the tape to which it is sealed.
Open the single-dose vial by turning the flip-off cap.
Pour the contents of the bottle into the nebulizer bulb or MAD nasal syringe, according to the MAD Nasal device instructions for use.
Children up to 6 years of age : One single-dose vial per session, once a day. Children over 6 years of age and adults : One single-dose vial per session, twice a day. The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary, it can be administered by nasal douche or by MAD nasal infusion for an extended period.
