It is a food supplement with a high dose of lactase, an enzyme that supports the absorption of lactose and makes milk and dairy products easier to digest in cases of lactose intolerance.
How to use:
1-3 capsules taken with water, depending on the lactose content of the products consumed, during a meal or together with a drink containing lactose.
If you have trouble swallowing the capsules, you can open them and swallow the contents with water without chewing them.
One capsule breaks down approx. 29 g of lactose during intestinal transit, corresponding to about ½ liter of milk.
Ingredients:
17500 FCC* lactase per capsule.
