Apple pectin is a water-soluble fiber that has a gelling effect when mixed with water. Apple pectin (as a dietary fiber) may be helpful in supporting good gut health.

HOW TO USE: Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times a day with 240-300 ml of water or juice, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. Be sure to drink extra fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller portions and gradually increase over several weeks.
RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING: 4 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
