Properties:
It helps to achieve respiratory comfort. For dry, irritating, spastic cough or with viscous expectoration.
Ingredients:
- Plantain extract (Folium Plantaginis), sugar, vitamin C, sodium benzoate
- Plantain leaves contain a multitude of complex substances, including tannins and mucilages. Some of these substances are found in the aqueous extract and give the product expectorant action.
Actions and indications:
Expectorant and emollient (combats dryness of mucous membranes). Indicated in acute and chronic bronchitis with viscous expectoration.
Contraindications:
Diabetes
Administration method:
- Children 1-5 years: 2-3 teaspoons per day
- Children 6-12 years: 4-5 teaspoons per day
- Children over 12 years and adults: 3-4 tablespoons per day.
- The duration of a cure is at least 5 days.
