Description
Food supplement based on lactium, a bioactive peptide with relaxing properties in a milk protein hydrolysate. Be Quiet Lactium has a high affinity and selectivity for certain receptors in the brain called GABA-A receptors; lactium stimulates the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that inhibits anxiety and the brain's response to stress. This mechanism of action determines the relaxing properties of the product.

ingredients
Maltodextrin, lactose 150 mg (hydrolyzed milk proteins - contains milk and dairy products); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; dyes: titanium dioxide, indigo carmine and indigo carmine aluminum lake.

Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, swallowed with water, preferably away from meals.

Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
