The food supplement Triglyceride+Cholesterol Optim is obtained from oceanic fish rich in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Properties:

Ocean fish oil contains high concentrations of two essential polyunsaturated fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Essential polyunsaturated fatty acids have beneficial effects in several conditions:

• optimizes the level of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood
• reduce the risk of blood clots
• prevent atherosclerosis (disease of the arteries that consists in the deposition of fat plaques on their walls with the possibility of obstruction of the blood flow)
• reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke and blockage of blood vessels located in the lower limbs
• contributes to the development and normal functioning of the brain
• helps to transmit nerve impulses, increase the ability to concentrate and memorize
• it influences thinking and mood positively.

- eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): 144 mg
- docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): 97 mg

Vitamin E (Tocopheryl acetate): 2 mg

Administration method:

It is recommended to take 2 x 1-2 capsules/day, with a glass of liquid (mineral water, fruit juice), preferably during the meal.
