POWERFUL Glucomannan

Description
Food supplement based on glucomannan from konjac root and chromium that contributes to weight loss, macronutrient metabolism and maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. The maximum beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan (1 tablet three times a day).

Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch); bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, young bamboo stems [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss], chromium picolinate.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet 2 or 3 times a day, approximately 30 minutes before each meal, with plenty of water.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Glucomannan may reduce the absorption of certain medications if taken at the same time; take the product at least one hour before or two hours after any medication.
