How to use
We recommend taking 1/2 to 1 scoop (3.5–7 g) dissolved in water, once a day, approximately 2–3 hours after meals. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water, and then stir.
Measuring cup included in the package.
Close carefully after use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For potassium intakes with a daily dose of 1,000 mg or more, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Concomitant use of certain medications can also interfere with potassium retention in the body. Use is not recommended for children.
