DescriptionFood supplement based on Lactocapil Plus (whey protein, N-acetyl glucosamine, methionine and natural vitamin E) with biotin, vitamin D3, linoleic acid and taurine.
Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the maintenance of normal hair.
Ingredients
Lactocapil Plus [ whey protein, N-acetyl glucosamine (from crustaceans ), L-methionine, natural vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate)] 69%*; stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose; polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, fatty acids; safflower seed oil (Carthamus tinctorius L., semen) powder (composed of safflower seed oil, silicon dioxide, DL-alpha-tocopherol) titrated at 40% in linoleic acid, glycine, L-leucine, L-proline, L-taurine, flavorings; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, shellac; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), biotin.

How to use
1 tablet per day, at any time of the day.
If you have difficulty swallowing, it can be chewed.

I've tried a lot of vitamin supplements, but the only ones that have worked for me are the ones that contain Lactocapil, and Biomineral is one of them—I've only found two: this one and another one.
