How to use:

• Press the On/Off button to turn on the thermometer; a short beep confirms activation.
• The thermometer automatically performs a self-test of approximately 2 seconds.
• When the “Lo °C” or “Lo °F” symbol appears, the device is ready for use.
• Choose the measurement method:
  Rectal: insert the tip of the thermometer 2–3 cm into the anus; most accurate method, measurement time approx. 10 seconds.
  Oral: place the tip under the tongue, in one of the lateral areas; measure until the acoustic signal.
  Axillary: place the thermometer under the arm; less accurate method, recommended time at least 10 minutes.
• At the end of the measurement, an acoustic signal is heard and the temperature value is displayed on the screen.
• Turn off the thermometer after use or let it turn off automatically after 10 minutes.

• Axillary measurement is not medically recommended due to its low accuracy.
