Folic acid
It is a very important vitamin because it intervenes in:
in amino acid metabolism: in particular it participates in histidine catabolism, glycine catabolism, glycine and serine interconversion and methionine synthesis; in protein synthesis; in the synthesis of purine and pyrimidine bases and in DNA synthesis.
ingredients
Folic acid in 1 ml is equal to 100 µg.
How to use
Children: 1 to 3 years 200-400 µg per day of folic acid, equivalent to 2-4 ml of syrup.
Adults: 300/600 µg of folic acid per day, equivalent to 3-6 ml of syrup.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor.
