Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol and iodine useful for providing an additional quota of the nutrients it contains, in case of reduced dietary intake or increased needs.

Property
Myo-inositol is a polyol found in cell membranes, and its main biological role is to mediate the signals of various hormones such as insulin, FSH, and TSH. Specifically, at the thyroid level, it is involved in the formation of thyroid hormones, promoting the incorporation of iodine into their precursors.
Iodine is an essential trace element that is not produced by the body and therefore must be obtained exclusively through diet. Iodine is essential for the synthesis of thyroid hormones. In fact, deficiencies of this trace element cause various thyroid disorders, such as goiter and hypothyroidism.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet per day, preferably away from meals.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor for adequate iodine intake.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. The expiration date applies to the product when stored properly and in its original packaging.
