Food supplement containing 1 mg of pure melatonin, enriched with griffonia and St. John's wort, indicated for all physiological conditions with increased needs for these nutrients. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and mitigates the effects of jet lag**. Dried extracts of griffonia and St. John's wort promote mental well-being and relaxation, as well as maintaining a normal mood. The easy-to-swallow mini-tablets feature a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for rapid and sustained release of the components.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

How to use
1 mini-tablet per day, shortly before bedtime.

If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before using this product, as St. John's wort extract may interfere with their metabolism and even inhibit their activity. St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
