Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store above 25°C.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Lactose tolerance varies from person to person. The dose should be adjusted based on the amount of lactose consumed and the level of tolerance. It is recommended to start with one tablet and increase the dose if necessary. Do not exceed 12 tablets per day.
Consume with each lactose-containing product, with the first bite. Repeat if dairy products are consumed within 30-45 minutes.
