Buds of the shrub Pinus silvestris L., fam. Pinaceae, containing volatile oil with alpha- and beta-pinene, tannin, resins, vitamin C.
Effect:
Antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, nerve tonic.
Main uses:
Respiratory infections (bronchitis, tracheitis, laryngitis, cough, flu).
Other uses:
Urinary infections (pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis), rheumatism.
Contraindications:

Preparation:
Prepare an infusion of 1 teaspoon of the plant to a cup of water.
