Description
Useful food supplement for covering nutritional deficiencies or increased needs for these substances.
- Iron: contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to the normal transport of oxygen in the body.
- Vitamin C: increases iron absorption.
- Folate: contributes to normal hematopoiesis.
- Vitamin B12: contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal formation of red blood cells.

Fish oil (DHA: 60%, EPA: 10%) (contains fish and fish products), microencapsulated emulsified ferric pyrophosphate (maltodextrin, ferric pyrophosphate, sodium chloride; emulsifier: lecithin from distilled water), iron bisglycinate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), capsule base (bulking agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: hydrated precipitated silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids); acid: citric acid, folate (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); capsule shell: gelatin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a glass of water.
