Description
Dietary supplement based on psyllium, glucomannan, guar gum, and chamomile extract. Thanks to psyllium, it contributes to regular intestinal transit. Thanks to psyllium and chamomile, it has an emollient and soothing effect (digestive system). Thanks to psyllium, it has a prebiotic effect.

Ingredients
Psyllium, Glucomannan, Guar Gum and Chamomile Extract.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 scoops daily. Pour the contents of 2 scoops into a glass of still water (150 ml), stir for a few seconds, and immediately consume the contents orally. Any increase in consistency (gel formation) is a characteristic of the product.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of glucomannan and guar gum, there is a possible choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties or if ingested without adequate fluid intake. It is also important to note that, to ensure proper absorption, the substance must always be taken with plenty of water. For use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not take if you have a known or suspected hypersensitivity to one or more of the ingredients in the product. Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, color variations may occur from batch to batch.
