Ophthalmic solution

Description
Formula based on omega-3 essential fatty acids, vitamins A and D and ultrafiltered phospholipids.
Reduces excessive tear film evaporation induced by inflammatory conditions of the ocular surface due to the presence of liposomes (phospholipids), omega-3 and vitamin D.
Vitamin A and phospholipids are natural constituents of the tear film and, due to their antioxidant action, prevent damage induced by reactive oxygen species, promoting homeostasis and maintaining the functioning of the tear film, as well as controlling its evaporation.
Omega-3, vitamin D and phospholipids improve the osmolarity of the tear film, protecting it from inflammatory conditions induced by excessive evaporation.
Due to its formulation, it is indicated:
- in all forms of evaporative dry eye to increase the stability of the lipid layer, reducing the evaporation of the aqueous phase of the tear film (e.g. due to prolonged computer use, reading, driving, medication use, eye allergies, contact lenses);
- as a pretreatment for eye surgery, to achieve a better result in terms of restoring the lipid integrity of the ocular surface;
- in forms of dry eye due to reduced lipid secretion of the meibomian glands;
- in cases of dry eyes due to mucin deficiency;
- in cases of worsening of the dry eye sensation induced by the use of preserved eye drops.

How to use
Instill one drop of Visuevo into the conjunctival sac of each eye 3 times a day or as recommended by your ophthalmologist.
- Hold the bottle directly under the cap and twist the cap to open the bottle.
- Instill one drop into the conjunctival sac of each eye by gently pulling the lower eyelid down and looking up. Release the product by gently pressing the bottle;
- after use, close the bottle immediately.

Conservation
Store at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 60 days.
