How to use
From 12 years old.
1 chewable tablet after main meals and before bedtime.
You can take up to 3 tablets per day. Chew the tablet well before swallowing.
If you are following a low-sodium diet, consider an intake of approximately 111 mg of sodium per tablet.

It is not recommended for people sensitive to iodine.
It is not recommended to consume tobacco, alcohol, spicy foods, or exercise immediately after meals.

After opening the sachet, the tablets in the blister can be kept for 3 months, if stored away from moisture and heat sources.
