Properties:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is an important vitamin factor with a role in the biogenesis of the intracellular substance, intervening in the oxidation-reduction metabolic processes, in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. It has a strong antioxidant effect, participating in the destruction of free radicals and helps the normal functioning of the immune system, increasing the body's resistance to infections. In addition, Vitamin C favors the deposition of calcium in the bones, intervening in the formation of collagen and increases the resistance of the capillaries, being an excellent capillary tonic.
