Description
Food supplement with standardized valerian root extract that helps the nervous system relax.
Dosage
- Adults and children over 12 years old : 1-2 tablets per day 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
Precautions :
- Do not take with alcohol and by those who are under special medication (CNS drugs, beta-blockers).
- Use by people who drive or operate machinery during the day is not recommended.
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
