How to use
Wash the mug thoroughly before each use.
Prepare the milk before each meal, using only the measuring spoon in the package and administer immediately.
Humana 4 milk can be reconstituted by adding one level, unpressed teaspoon of powder (approximately 3.7 g) to every 30 ml of water, preferably minimally mineralized, such as Humana Amorosa.
1. Boil water (210 ml), let it cool to 50°C (or heat Humana Amorosa water to 50°C) and pour 210 ml into the mug.
2. Add 7 teaspoons of powder, leveling with the appropriate leveler.
3. Close the glass and shake it to dissolve the powder.
4. Cool under running water to approximately 37°C and check the temperature.

Breast milk is recommended even after the age of one year. Humana 4 should be included in a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For proper dental hygiene, brushing your teeth after each meal is recommended.
Do not heat in the microwave, there is a risk of scalding. Do not reuse leftover milk.
