I received the product fairly quickly

When I bought them I did not realised that you have to take some during the day too. I only tried 2 pills at bedtime for a few nights and did not really do anything for me. I can't really remember to take them during the day. Everyone is different and only because they did not work for me, that does not mean that they won't work for you. I normally woke up before 2am every night. It's not a miracle pill, but from the first time I tried it, I did not woke up. I have almost 2 weeks of talking them and I manage to sleep from 10:30 - ish till almost 5 in the morning. I normally can't remember to take them an hour before bed time. I just take it before I go to sleep. My issue is not falling asleep, but staying asleep and getting a good rest. So they are helping me so far. I got other, cheaper brand that I tried first but they did nothing for me, quick enough. So I will surely buy those ones again.
