Aquilea Sleep Bi-Layer is indicated for people who have difficulty falling asleep. It does not contain lactose and added sugar. Suitable for people suffering from celiac disease.

We recommend taking one Aquilea Sleep tablet per day, 30 minutes before bedtime, preferably at the same time.
