Properties of ingredients
Vitamin A – contributes to maintaining normal iron metabolism, helps maintain normal vision and helps maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes.
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) – helps in the proper functioning of the heart and the nervous system.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) – contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism and helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Niacin (Vitamin B3) – contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and helps maintain normal psychological functions.
Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) – contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism and contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones and vitamin D.
Vitamin B6 – contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to maintaining normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Folic acid (Vitamin B9) – contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and helps in the proper synthesis of amino acids.
Vitamin B12 – helps in the proper production of red blood cells and plays a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin C – helps in the proper functioning of the immune system and in protecting cells against oxidative stress.

Recommended daily intake
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily, after a meal. Drink plenty of water.
